The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. They will be responsible for working with customers to understand their needs and providing solutions through State Farm's products and services.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, meeting productivity standards, and collaborating with the agent to achieve business objectives.
This role offers an estimated salary of $45,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. We offer a competitive benefits package, paid time off, and flexible work schedule.
